WIP: I Can Make Saturdays Better

Many of my problems have the same solution.

Saturday

Rose early and got my morning routine done. Wasn’t early enough to get real work done, however. Immediately we were off to Elizabeth’s soccer thing orientation, then off to Standing Rock solidarity thing at Wesley Bolen Park. Then I was off to run poker. Afterward, I was home for nap, and after that, I was groggy an dlounged for a long time. Late at night, I worked on VVC. It was better than nothing.

I complain that my weekends are busy (and my weekdays frequently unproductive), but I think the answer is mine to take: I think rising early would fix everything. I will make that a habit.

This week.

Vampires Versus Comicon

[Cover of Vampires Versus Comicon: A Novel by T.F. Torrey] Late at night I got a few writing sessions in. I didn’t make as much progress as I wanted, but it is still good to be moving forward, and any progress on the weekends at all feels like a victory. I’ll take it for now, but I need better.

And I’ll get it.
