WIP: Oil, Tires, Shuffling, and Blanks

Sunday

We planned on going to services, but the task of getting new tires and a change of oil for the car expanded to fill the entire morning. In the afternoon, we went to visit my parents to wish my mother a happy birthday. In the evening, I felt the kind of exhaustion you feel when you stay up until 3:30 working on your stuff and then get back up at 7:30 to get new tires and an oil change.

Angel of Death

[Cover of Angel of Death: A Victor Storm Novel by T.F. Torrey] Despite being exhausted, I did get some good work done on Angel of Death. When the book was running way long, I had to leave out some scenes that I wanted to have but couldn’t justify. Today, I got to add them back in, and I’m so glad they are there. I also worked to continue rearranging the scenes to improve the story flow. By the end, I was ready to fill in the missing blanks, something I hope I can finish tomorrow.
